Just 6 miles outside Dornoch, along the A9 and A949 we discovered this view near Spinningdale, an old mill area with lots of history. This view along Dornoch Firth was a lovely introduction to a day in the Highlands.

Sally Ross retired from the University of Georgia Department of Language and Literacy, after many wonderful years of working with Georgia English teachers. She now thrives on travel, hiking, golf, and photography, making Scotland the perfect destination for several months every summer.
