What a capture: the storm was just over, but wet pavement of the Trocadero and storm clouds beyond highlight the Eiffel Tower with dramatic effect. I captured this shot from the top of a tour bus stopped at the Trocadero, a large plaza with massive museums on either side that frames the Tower. I left out the museums to focus on the Tower.

Sally Ross retired from the University of Georgia Department of Language and Literacy, after many wonderful years of working with Georgia English teachers.
