We stayed at the somewhat rustic, but marvelous Las Torres Resort far out in Patagonia. Towering above our rooms were the three towers at 2800 meters high, spectacular in any weather. This is one of my favorite pictures from that trip, a classic scene in superb weather.

Sally Ross retired from the University of Georgia Department of Language and Literacy, after many wonderful years of working with Georgia English teachers. She now thrives on travel, hiking, golf, and photography, making Scotland the perfect destination for several months every summer.
