This incredible ruin of a castle atop a hill hangs over the sea just south of Aberdeen, Scotland. This impressive and haunting location was used as a setting for the Disney film, Brave.

Sally Ross retired from the University of Georgia Department of Language and Literacy, after many wonderful years of working with Georgia English teachers. She now thrives on travel, hiking, golf, and photography, making Scotland the perfect destination for several months every summer.
