Moslem Door Xi'an China Canvas Print

As my 2011 guide led me down the paths of the Great Mosque of Xi’an, I gradually realized that I remembered this Moslem holy place from my earlier teaching days here in 1987. Earlier I remembered praying men everywhere, especially in the prayer hall. In our 2011 walk, we had the place to ourselves. Views like this one help any visitor feel the sacredness of this space.
