On my walk along Golf Road in Brora, Scotland, I came across this fence lined with early summer blooms of purple and white. I felt a vignette frame pulled my heart into it’s loveliness. As always, I hope you believe this could be a painting, my goal in photographs such as this one.
Sally Ross retired from the University of Georgia Department of Language and Literacy, after many wonderful years of working with Georgia English teachers. She now thrives on travel, hiking, golf, and photography, making Scotland the perfect destination for several months every summer.
